Rosser Law, P.C. offers an inhouse program to educate your personnel on business practices in offering credit including proper verbiage in credit applications; in checking references and in properly interviewing a prospective customer for creditworthiness. This program also educates personnel as to warning signs of decreasing creditworthiness of existing customers as well as policies and procedures for inhouse collections prior to declaring a bad debt. This program is offered in the State of Georgia only.
