Jan Rosser has been providing diligent and aggressive legal services in the State of Georgia for more than 25 years. Ms. Rosser opened her own practice in 1997, following employment at various large corporations, including the Printing Industry Association of Georgia and BellSouth Corporation from 1980 to 1997. The primary focus of her legal practice is creditor's rights, including commercial debt collection and litigation. Ms. Rosser takes pride in effectively and lawfully recovering debts owed to Georgia businesses.
Ms. Rosser has handled numerous collection-related matters for clients in many and varied industries. She is an aggressive advocate who takes the time to thoroughly prepare cases and is willing to go to trial when necessary.
